In Grupa Maspex she initially worked as a Brand Manager and since 2010 she has been the Marketing Director responsible for the category of drinks in Central and Eastern Europe where she supervises creation of marketing strategies and complex product- and communication-oriented operations. She is responsible for such brands as Tymbark, Kubuś, Tarczyn, Caprio, Dr Witt, Alcalia and Tiger and their equivalents at foreign markets.

In this capacity, he represents the AIJN on the Executive Board of the International Fruit Juice Association, IFU, Advisory member of the steering committee of the Sustainable Juice platform and the Fruit Juice Science Center. Wouter lox obtained his master’s degree in Bioscience-engineering at the University of Ghent and worked for several years in Libreville (Gabon). For many years he is a treasurer and Council member of EFLA, The European Food Law Association, and Council member of the European Society of Association Executives ESAE. Being passionate about Public Affairs, he is co-chair of the Advocacy committee of this society. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the European project imPUISe, innovation in the by-product supply chain of citrus in the Mediterranean area.

After obtaining her master’s degree from Sciences Po Lille (France), Justine moved to Brussels to work for the European Parliament. Justine’s AIJN journey began in 2021. She built the foundations for AIJN’s Sustainability Roadmap project by compiling, analysing, and assessing the impact of every single existing and upcoming EU-level sustainability legislation that has an influence on the fruit juice industry. Her pioneering work on sustainability in the juice sector, her coordinating role in the AIJN Sustainability Expert Group and her expertise on European legislation resulted in Justine becoming one of the fruit juice industry’s most knowledgable and trusted sustainability professionals.
